You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting exam data or creating an account. Providing false information may result in account suspension or termination.

Prohibited Activities

You may not use our services for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful content, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or interfere with other users' experience.

Our Content

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, algorithms, and software, are owned by RankMeter and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

User Content

You retain ownership of the exam data and information you submit. However, by using our services, you grant us a license to use, process, and analyze this data to provide our services.

Restrictions

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our content without explicit written permission from RankMeter.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

Accuracy of Results

While we use advanced algorithms and data analysis techniques, we cannot guarantee the absolute accuracy of rankings or predictions. Results are based on available data and statistical models.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RankMeter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our services in the twelve months preceding the claim.
